Refurbished devices—especially from third parties—may not go through the same level of quality control, and often vary in reliability, parts used, and warranty coverage.
Do Certified Pre-Owned devices come with a warranty?
Yes! Every CPO device includes a 12-month limited warranty covering both parts and labour. If any technical issue arises within that period, we’ll repair or replace your device at no cost (terms apply).
What comes with my Certified Pre-Owned device?
Certified Pre-Owned devices are sold without accessories by default. However, you can add our premium accessory bundle for $50, which includes a charging block, USB cable, screen protector, and case—everything you need to protect and power your device.
